Refund & Cancellation

When and how you can cancel a subscription or request a refund — clearly and fairly.

Effective 14 Jul 2026 · RentGable

This policy explains when you can cancel a RentGable subscription or request a refund. RentGable is a product of YugamDynamics (Sole Proprietorship), based in West Saint Paul, Canada. We aim to be fair, transparent and quick — if anything below is unclear, email hello@rentgable.com and we will help.

Free plan & trials

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans include a 10-day free trial: you are not charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before it ends you are never billed.

Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.
  • Monthly plans are not prorated — we do not refund part of a month already started.

Annual subscriptions

  • Within the first 30 days of an annual term, you may request a prorated refund for the full unused months.
  • After 30 days, the annual term is non-refundable for the remainder of that term, but you can still cancel to stop the next renewal.

Auto-pay

Paid plans renew by recurring e-mandate auto-pay through our payment provider. Cancelling your subscription stops all future automatic debits.

Non-refundable

  • Subscription time that has already elapsed, and partial (unused) periods of a monthly plan.
  • Payment-gateway processing fees deducted by the payment provider.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@rentgable.com with the subject “Refund request — [your account email]”.
  2. Include your account email, the plan in question, and a brief reason.
  3. We respond with a decision within about 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the same email thread and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Effective” date above.
