This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this marketing website (https://www.rentgable.com). It is written to honour your data-protection rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Use of the RentGable product application is governed separately by the terms you accept inside the app.
Who controls your data
RentGable is a product of YugamDynamics (Sole Proprietorship), with its registered office in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. For the purposes of this website, YugamDynamics is the Data Fiduciary (DPDP Act) and Data Controller (GDPR) for your information. You can reach us any time at hello@rentgable.com.
What we collect
This website collects personal data only when you choose to send it through our “Book a demo / get early access” form. That is limited to:
- Your name (optional) and email address (required);
- Any details you add in the message field (for example, how many units you manage);
- Basic technical metadata submitted with the form: a timestamp, your browser’s user-agent, any referral/campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, and a one-way hashed indicator used purely to prevent spam and abuse — we do not store your raw IP address.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
To show prices in the appropriate currency, our server checks your IP address against a bundled list of country IP ranges to estimate whether you are in India (so the pricing page can default to ₹ or $). This lookup runs entirely on our own server for that single purpose — no third party is involved, and we do not store your IP address or use it to identify you.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and contact you about RentGable. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we ask for your consent at the point of submission.
How we store and protect it
Lead submissions are stored securely and access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. We keep them only as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, after which they are deleted. The salted, one-way hashed spam-prevention indicator and any short-lived server logs are not used to identify you. We protect data in transit with HTTPS and apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for profiling, automated decision-making, or advertising. We share it only where strictly necessary to operate or where required by law. To alert our team to your enquiry, your submission (name, email and message) is sent through our transactional email provider, Brevo (operated by Brevo SAS, France), which processes it as our processor solely to deliver that notification, under its own privacy terms. Payments in the RentGable product are handled by our third-party payment providers under their own terms; this marketing site does not process payments.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to access a summary of, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for any consent-based processing, nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us.
Under the GDPR (for EU/EEA visitors) you additionally have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection.
To exercise any of these, email hello@rentgable.com with the subject “Privacy request — [type]”. We respond within 30 days.

In line with the DPDP Act 2023, you can raise a data-protection grievance with our Grievance Officer, who is responsible for addressing your concerns:
